The trip there was interesting.I learnt that yellow is the colour that Tamil likes.Now I know that the envolope tamil use for Depavali is yellow.I also learnt that Tamil has many gods.
The trip was very interesting. I learn that the word "Thairu" means a home-made yogurt, very popular in Indian cooking and said to be very healthy. I like the trip! (:
I learnt that Indians buy flower garlands to offer to gods in the temple, to decorate statues of deities at home and to give to the bride and groom during wedding ceremonies.
5A is a new class in Endeavour Primary School. It consists of 31 pupils as at 02 Jan. The form teacher is Mrs Kris Ong. She is in the education arena for 12 years.
The trip was amazing!I learnt to ring the bell before entering the temple.Visting the temple was the best!I wish I could go to Little India again.:)

ReplyDeleteI learnt that single woman will wear a colorful bindi (puttu), and married woman will wear a red colour bindi (puttu) on their forehead.
